Digital Report Purchases
Because the report is delivered digitally after purchase, refunds are reviewed case by case. If you experienced a technical issue, duplicate charge, or did not receive the report you purchased, contact support@example.com within 14 days of purchase.
What To Include
Please include the email used at checkout, the approximate purchase time, and a short description of the issue so we can investigate quickly.
Payment Processor
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the payment processor and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank.
